Rodney spent 20 years with Campus Crusade for Christ, and for 15 of those years he worked with Josh McDowell Ministry. He is a certified Life Coach and a certified Life Coach Trainer. Rodney has spoken in churches throughout the world, including the United States, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the Philippines, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Finland, and Bulgaria.
During the mid-2000s, Rodney and a group of life coaches, counselors, ministry leaders, and a Christian psychiatrist, created what would become The Master Life Coach Training Institute, providing Biblically-based life coaching courses in Bible colleges worldwide. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration degree from Auburn University (Auburn, Alabama).
